Disbelief... Utter Disbelief...
It's been a disappointing day...
- The Pixies reunion tour dates were announced. No shows in the Eastern HALF of Canada... and the tour starts in, of all places, Winnipeg. Who starts anything in Winnipeg? Even Winnipeggers drive to other parts of the country to start things. Sorry Jared, but you know it's true.
- I wasn't laid off and given a hefty severance package. Seriously... this is my dream. I'm disappointed every day when this doesn't happen.
- My coffee shop didn't have my favourite coffee this morning. Instead of an Arabica blend of Noisette, I got Columbian Donkey Waste. It sounds stupid, but don't mess with a man's morning coffee.
- I still haven't been contacted to receive an Order of Canada. I must be one of the last ones not to have one. You guys all have YOURS, right?
- The heat in my office is broken. Broken 'on', not broken 'off'. That means it's too hot to blink, but not dangerous or unhealthy enough to be sent home.

On a happier note... well... uh... the sky hasn't fallen yet. Enjoy!
